Yellow Aspen Trees - Rocky Mountain National ForestTomorrow is October 1st and the trees are turning in Colorado. October marks the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month. October 15th is the national day of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness. This year, I will be participating in Carly Marie’s Project Heal – Capture Your Grief. (#captureyourgrief). So, for each day of the month, I will try to document my grief journey per the guidelines of her project.

This is an excellent way to walk through your grief journey. The premise of the project is to document your grief and healing for one month. Each day there is a new topic to document via pictures or stories. You can do this privately or in public just remember that if you post your pictures and/or stories on the internet, they are permanent.

I hope you will join me for this project. I hope to complete a topic for each day with the picture I took that day. The first project begins tomorrow at sunrise. I won’t be able to post until evening and or possibly Wednesday as my bereavement training begins tomorrow and I teach tomorrow night but I look forward to blogging each and every day.
